1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Verdix AI ("Verdix", "we", "our", or "us"), available at verdix.ink and related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Verdix provides an AI-powered visual analysis platform that generates aesthetic audits, content suggestions, and strategic insights for publicly accessible social media profiles. Our service aggregates public data and processes it through artificial intelligence models to deliver structured analytical reports.
3. Merchant of Record & Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries, tax handling, and billing support related to orders and subscriptions. By making a purchase on Verdix, you agree to Paddle's checkout and buyer terms.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans (e.g., Creator Pro, Agency tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your active subscription at any time directly through your Verdix account billing dashboard or by reaching out to our support team.
- Next-Period Effect: When you cancel a subscription, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain uninterrupted access to your subscription tier and benefits until that date. No further charges will be made.
- Credit Allocation: Subscription credits and allowances reset according to your billing cycle. One-time audit purchases are delivered immediately upon successful checkout.
5. User Conduct & Public Data Compliance
You agree to use Verdix solely for lawful and ethical purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt the platform infrastructure.
- Use the platform in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party Terms of Service (including Instagram's Terms of Use).
- Submit private, unauthorized, or infringing content for auditing.
6. AI & Analytical Disclaimers
Verdix AI provides automated diagnostic tools, creative suggestions, and algorithmic scoring based on public profile analysis.
Disclaimer: Verdix does not guarantee specific commercial results, audience growth, engagement rates, follower counts, or algorithmic distribution on any social media platform. Social media algorithms are third-party systems outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Verdix platform, interface, algorithms, and branding remain the exclusive property of Verdix and its licensors. You retain all rights to your original social media content and are granted a non-exclusive license to use, download, and share generated audit reports.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verdix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
